The company has recently acquired and merged with the leading distributor and specialty retailer serving lifeguards, swim teams, facilities, and learn to swim programs in the U.S. market.  We support a broad selection of aquatic products from the leading brands in the industry through our portfolio of e-commerce sites and retail locations.  


Our growing business is looking for an experienced digital marketing / e-commerce manager with a strong interest (passion) for the aquatic / swim industry. This role will lead our digital marketing team along with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience through our multiple e-commerce sites. Combining technical / digital expertise with a deep understanding of our customers and products – is critical in this role.  

This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Chicago, IL.

Buyer / Purchasing - Supply Chain Manager

Our growing business is looking for an experienced Purchasing - Supply Chain Manager that will be responsible for purchasing, inventory planning / receiving process and analysis across multiple product categories working with third-party suppliers both foreign and domestic.  Manage “open to buy” process aligned with business targets.  Review, analyze and improve supplier performance impacting purchasing discounts, payment terms, accuracy and quality of materials ordered.


This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is located in Bloomington, IL. 

This is not a remote working position.

National Sales Manager -Basketball Team Apparel

This progressive team apparel company is the brand for the next generation of basketball.  Founded in 2010, we are motivated by a love of the game and the apparel we design is focused exclusively on the needs of ballplayers.  That exclusive focus led to the development of patented textile technology designed to absorb moisture where ballplayers need it most…like a towel built right into the garment! 


With growth of almost 200% over the past two years, the company has carved out a niche in the basketball landscape.  To continue fueling that growth, we’re looking to add a highly organized “grinder” with sales management experience to lead and help grow our team.  


The National Sales Manager (aka our Power Forward) has to put up 20/10 every night if we want a chance to win.  They will be primarily responsible for 1) team uniform sales and customer service, including management of our existing team sales staff and building out a national sales rep force, and; 2) key account management of larger customers and partnerships, including oversight of our roster of NBA team clients.

Sales Operations Manager - Fitness Equipment

For 30 years, this fitness equipment company has been the leader in the industry for innovation and quality products.  Located in Houston, TX, the company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager.


The Sales Operations Manager supports the Sales department by implementing methods and structure to achieve sales department goals. Ownership of the CRM, Sales Operations Manager will have the primary responsibility of data management and evaluation. The ideal candidate needs a solid knowledge of sales methodologies, sales behavior, sales processes, and data analytics.

Account Executive - Fitness Equipment

For 30 years, this fitness equipment company has been the leader in the industry for innovation and quality products.  Located in Houston, TX, the company is seeking an Account Executive to join the team at it's HQ to drive the business forward.


The Accounts Executive is responsible for developing relationships and deep engagement with new and existing national channel partners.  He/She educates and influences national channel partners and end customers on the value of the company's portfolio.  He/She should fully understand the targeted verticals and drive growth in the targeted verticals and accounts.
