The company has recently acquired and merged with the leading distributor and specialty retailer serving lifeguards, swim teams, facilities, and learn to swim programs in the U.S. market.  We support a broad selection of aquatic products from the leading brands in the industry through our portfolio of e-commerce sites and retail locations.  


Our growing business is looking for an experienced digital marketing / e-commerce manager with a

strong interest (passion) for the aquatic / swim industry. This role will lead our digital marketing team

along with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience through our multiple e-commerce

sites. Combining technical / digital expertise with a deep understanding of our customers and products –

is critical in this role.  


This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Bloomington, IL.

Marketing Specialist

Our growing business is looking for a marketing professional to build marketing plans, story-telling

approach, and go to market tools with our sales and digital marketing team as the leading multi-channel

distributor in the aquatics / swim industry.  This role will impact our e-commerce sites, retail stores and

B2B sales team to support a leading customer experience in our industry.

Southeast Territory Manager - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

Operating in over 60 countries, we pride ourselves in designing high quality, innovative products in both the running and performance training sectors.  Our origins and footprints remain firmly etched into the muddy British fells but over the years we have optimized our products to meet the needs of the many terrains we have travelled.


As the Territory Manager for the Southeast, you will lead and execute necessary selling and sell through functions to achieve required sales results per the brand’s sales plan.  You will be responsible for building the brand and sales with key independent, outdoor and running specialty dealers within this territory of Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.  You will not only be responsible for selling into these accounts, but you will also spend time on the floors of the retailers teaching the brand and the products to the management and store personnel.  We want you to create fans of the brand with those retailers who sell it.  This position is designed for an energetic, self-motivated individual that loves the outdoors and sharing their passion with others through the company.  


This position will require regular travel throughout the territory and work from a home office.  This role reports directly to the brand’s GM in Atlanta, GA and is a full-time, exempt position. This is a salary position with a budget for travel and expenses .

Manager, Human Resources - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

This has created a need for a new position for the combined companies in the new Bloomington, Illinois headquarters.  This person will lead Human Resource processes and employee engagement to ensure we are supporting a culture of performance aligned with company objectives.  Manage HR related budgets and drive ongoing pipeline of company personnel needs and planning while reducing long-term turnover.


This role reports to the COO, and is a full-time, exempt position.  Competitive salary and benefits.

Customer Ambassador - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

This premium sportswear brand is forging into new territory in the sports and fitness apparel business.  The company is focused providing fashion forward design into fitness and lifestyle apparel.


Based in our North American Headquarters in Atlanta GA, the Customer Ambassador will serve as the brand’s customer service advocate for consumer inquiries and feedback, but also so much more.  You are the extroverted presence for our brand.  You are the host of the party.  Whether over the phone or sending digital responses, you will set the tone for the brand’s mission, culture, and style.  You may be the only personality a consumer ever meets so it’s crucial that you embody the good judgment, competitive spirit, patience & empathy, work ethic, and professionalism that the brand represents.  You will help establish those guidelines and that example for future employees to follow.  You are also a key, strategic teammate to your coworkers.  You will work closely with other functional leaders in the organization to support their processes and business needs as the expert in your area.  


This role reports directly to the Wholesale and Service Manager and is a full-time, exempt position. 

Relocation to Atlanta, GA is required.
