for the classification and management for all inventory. Apparel and footwear incur among the highest duty charges of any items brought into the country. This role will help to properly classify inbound products for duty clearance. They will also make recommendations to the product team to create awareness for best types of materials and construction to use in maximizing cost efficiency in importing. This person will also manage all transportation activity through the freight forwarder to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all the goods. • Manage company benefits, payroll, budgets and process / planning (working with our outside providers and payroll processing platforms).

• Act as liaison between the Company and outside legal / professional resources to ensure employment policies are in compliance with current laws and regulations
• Ensure on-going employee engagement and determine methods for improving employee
satisfaction and retention
• Act as member of management to ensure company policies are followed

Experience & Attributes / Candidate Profile
• Education / Experience: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (or related field) and/or job
performance experience that establishes HR ability to effectively perform the duties and
responsibilities as described. SHRM certification preferred. Experience negotiating company
benefits programs / managing providers.
• Tools / Software: Skilled using MS Excel, MS Word applications
