The company has recently acquired and merged with the leading distributor and specialty retailer serving lifeguards, swim teams, facilities, and learn to swim programs in the U.S. market.  We support a broad selection of aquatic products from the leading brands in the industry through our portfolio of e-commerce sites and retail locations.  


Role Description

Our growing business is looking for an experienced digital marketing / e-commerce manager with a

strong interest (passion) for the aquatic / swim industry.  This role will lead our digital marketing team

along with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience through our multiple e-commerce

sites. Combining technical / digital expertise with a deep understanding of our customers and products –

is critical in this role.


 Responsibilities

  • Manage & drive day to day digital initiatives, workflow, e-commerce performance
  • Enhance the customer experience (home page thru check out process) across our various sites
  • Manage digital marketing team and work closely on execution with our sales organization
  • Setup custom team (micro site) stores and related product assortments
  • Maintain accurate online product assortments, content, pricing, information
  • Report, track, and analyze online site performance and digital initiative metrics
  • Optimize online processes, tools, performance


Experience & Attributes / Candidate Profile

  • Education / Experience: College degree required
  • Minimum 4 years digital marketing experience / e-commerce experience required
  • Google Analytics platform experience required
  • HTML and/or other web-based programming language preferred
  • Site re-design experience is preferred
  • Magento e-commerce platform experience is a plus
  • Swimming / sports background is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude demonstrating empathy with customers and co-workers
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Commitment to continual learning about our products, processes, and services
  • High level of integrity with a strong sense of accountability

Role Description

Our growing business is looking for a marketing professional to build marketing plans, story-telling

approach, and go to market tools with our sales and digital marketing team as the leading multi-channel

distributor in the aquatics / swim industry.  This role will impact our e-commerce sites, retail stores and

B2B sales team to support a leading customer experience in our industry.


 Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive day to day marketing initiatives, assets development and story-telling elements
  • Coordinate with our brand partners on product launches and tools to support our objectives
  • Coordinate and develop marketing tools to support our sales team / go to market initiatives
  • Provide products specific copy for our in-house brands / descriptions / story-telling and visuals
  • Enhance our customers experience both on-line and in-store
  • Utilize metrics to support marketing plans and approach to support growth plans


Experience & Attributes / Candidate Profile

  • Education / Experience: College degree required
  • Minimum 3 yrs marketing experience with a retail or consumer brand
  • Experience combining product descriptions with visuals for effective story-telling
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude demonstrating empathy with customers and co-workers
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Background in the swim industry is a plus
  • Commitment to continual learning about our products, processes, and services
